Off! is coming to The First Unitarian in May (the 16th). I am historically excited. Keith Morris is one of those guys who has done a song you love when he was with Black Flag or The Circle Jerks (the later have a pair of Vans shoes for sale exclusively at the SXSW festival and it pisses me off I can't get them online-what is funnier than a fat old guy with Circle Jerk Vans ?) OFF! has a local connection with Dimitri Coats from Burning Brides which should lead to a full show-they were popular here in Philly for a while, being the only 'small' band getting any type of air play, and they did open for A Perfect Circle and the White Stripes. Wow, I was old THEN !
Now, if some Cleveland bands would tour I would get an apartment down that way . I am looking at you Shit Box Jimmy
