First post, first weigh in. Thought I'd be around 162lb before but it's 162.4lb to be exact. Ugh. Starting over again is sucks but to imagine how satisfying it will be at the end, that what makes it worth it to try again.

Tonight was epic on another level. Mine is the one on the left. How could I forget my Monday motivation!? This is my first weigh in since becoming a full blown vegetarian and that was a week and some change ago. I kid you not, I stepped on the scale 7 times!! First weigh in.
So this blog is playing catch up, because I've started it a week after I started eating healthily.Ā
4th Dec I weighed 249lbs.
11th Dec at first weigh in I weighed 245lbs. A loss of 4lbs.Ā
I am pleased with that. The goal this week is to start exercising. I've been reading some amazingly inspirational blogs, like BenDoesLife, One-Twenty-FiveĀ and The Diary of a Curvy Girl. I know I need to get moving. I know it will help tone me up and increase my weightloss. It's just getting started.Ā
So tonight I will go for a brisk walk. I will map it and time it. I've said it here now... so I have to do it.

First Weigh In
Ā So this morning I did my first weigh in since I started my diet, which today marks one week of my weight loss journey. I was very nervous to get on the scale because I wasn't sure if I would see a decent number on the scale since I do not have my gym membership yet. It took me like 15 minutes to get the courage to step on the scale but I did and I LOST 5 POUNDS!! I could not believe it! I was in shock because I was expecting to see a lower number. i have to say losing 5 pounds with doing at home work out is not bad at all :) And I think the raspberry ketones helped as well since it helps boost my metabolism :)Ā
What I did for at home work outs is I looked up cardio videos on youtube and I would use those as my cardio. I also have a small weight set and a gym ball I used to help me with squats and crunchies as well as my chest. I will continue to do this as a routine weekly, until I get my gym membership because after this weigh in I can obviously do this from home until I am able to pay for a gym.Ā
I cannot express how proud I am off myself :)
