❛   abby       ❜  the med bay was, for all intents and purposes, clear. the bodies, luna’s people, were taken away to prevent further illness festering within arkadia’s walls. plump bottom lip caught between her teeth, raven takes a few steps forward and stops, deep brown eyes rubbed red as she feigns off tears that were sure to come. she hadn’t wanted to say no to her, to them, she wanted to help but the probability of a positive outcome being the results was slim to none. 

they had given her a job that she never wanted, never asked for, but with their lifespans being significantly shortened there was no way for her to shirk her duties.

raven swallows and her hands quickly find themselves tucked into the pockets of her jacket. natural anxiety keeps her from allowing them to idle for too long.
