1. So what IS the forgotten dimension? How did these characters get into it???

2. Did they know each other beforehand?

3. Are there other ppl/entities in there, or just these characters?

Basically the Forgotten Dimension is an alternate universe made up of thoughts from souls, the characters get into it ether by finding a rift between dimensions (basically a broken spot that can lead just about anywhere, it breaks by too much energy build up) or Yin (the owner ig you could say, of The Forgotten Dimension) "saves them" and takes them to there (I can't say how for spoiler reasons)

Most of the characters did not know each other beforehand

There are many other people in The Forgotten Dimension, they all basically all live in this big building called The Tower of Shapes and are split into separate groups in said building, and there are some entities like for example there are these spirit cat things that are there, (Lumina is able to communicate with them) and just mostly simple animals you would probably find in the woods, there's also "lost souls" but they aren't really found in The Forgotten Dimension
