Great question!

For me, I would think to myself “Hey! I did it! Go me! I am AWESOME!” I might dance in my chair a bit (you don’t want to get up), maybe spin it if it’s a spinny chair, wave my arms (like I just don’t care) or flap excitedly, etc. Maybe turn on a favourite song and sing along (while staying seated so I’m ready for work when it’s done).
