we won a tough match against Stoughton today! I was very content with how I played and felt empowered. Excited for getting Nike Pro spandex soon! Tomorrow the pacer and sit ups test 😁 hoping for the best

So, Jacob and I have begun the fit process again! We had one week over the summer where we did the first week of month one of Max 30, but quickly gave it up. So we decided to kick our asses and DO IT! On the left is before starting month one and the right is before starting month two! Today we started month two. All summer I didn’t do much working out besides working at a playground doing very little no activity with kids and eating pretty bad. I somehow lost six pounds doing that, how I will never know since I tried really hard to lose those pounds for the dietbet! Thanks a lot body.. Anyways, along with starting, I’ve started eating better. But somehow, after doing all this rigorous exercise and eating better, I am the same weight and don’t look like I’ve lost a lot of weight. I feel all the muscle I’ve gained, but I don’t see myself getting much smaller. Any advice? I’m now going to be cutting out carbs completely so the exercise just burns fat. Any advice from any of you wonderful people who follow me would be great :) Sorry I’ve been so inactive. BUT NOW WE ARE STICKING TO IT.
