HELLOOOOO!!!!
I am the absolute worst! I haven’t been updating this blog as often as I wanted to and I’m sure I could come up with a million and one reasons why but I’ll spare you all the details. I haven’t been working out as often these past few weeks but I plan to start going again. My schedule has been changing and has been so hectic but I’m finally getting things situated for now so I can start going back to the gym which I’m excited to do. Since I’ll be done with classes soon I have to come up with a workout regimen that will work with my schedule.
So last week....
..was not a great one for me. I went to the gym as I usually do and worked out at home on days I don't go but I wasn't myself. I didn't feel like I was completely satisfied after I was done working out. I felt like I wasn't all the way there. I'm not sure what it was but I came to realize that everyone has days when they're feeling "off". So I'm back at it again this week, just left the gym and I'm feeling much better than I was last week. It's okay to have moments when you're off. Push through it and you'll get back to feeling like you again!
at the end of the day, we can endure much more than we think we can.
