Day 1

How my food day went down... I thought today went pretty well for the most part. I already fell off the wagon, but it’s because after work I had such a headache I really didn’t want to cook. I ate the cherry pie oatmeal for breakfast and the protein power bowl for lunch. I almost got sick eating the kale, but I’m sure that was just allergies. I felt a little better after I ate, which was nice. I ended up eating Chinese food for dinner, but since I can get one free meal a week, I guess that was okay. I’m going to try to stick to everything the rest of the week if I can. How my exercise went down... I did not work out at all today. I honestly thought about doing it, but I was too tired, didn’t feel well and I should have done it. I feel bad not doing it, but I needed to rest after the day I had. I was super nice to myself today by... Making myself take a rest day because of me not feeling well. I also just relaxed watching SGDQ. I also tried to not beat myself up over the fact I already fell off the wagon, which is huge. Today I am proud that I... Didn’t kill anyone at work and stuck to my diet for the most part. I accept that this didn’t go perfectly and heart myself all the same... Trying to love myself is hard, but this is a journey, my journey.
