Get It Together

Ok so I have had a rougher fall than initially thought and planned for. It's been great but I haven't done well health wise. So I'm trying to kick it unit gear but in a mellow, I can handle this kind of way. I'm purchasing one of those goals planners from Amazon and will be using that to start off my year. And between now and New Years, my goal is to drink at least 3-4 liters a day of water. Just trying to take it easy and get ahead myself.

Finally!!!!

I'm back at significant weight loss. Within the last week and a half I have dropped 5 lbs! After 3 months of gaining 8,losing 8 gaining 8, losing 8. (In Long periods of time). I'm my lowest weight yet 😎. Seriously guys, or should I say girls. LIFT WEIGHTS. This is the only thing I've changed this past week. If your a foodaholic like myself,That just means you have to eat more and slim down.

Clean slate. Had wine beer and tortilla chips last night and I know I didn't ruin my progress. That's my resolution. To not be so hard on myself! 🎉🎊☝️🙏
