day 2: this morning I did not want to get up all I wanted to do was sleep in on my day off.. took everything in my to get up!
woke up feeling pretty sore from day 1, but I pushed through the pain..
•i did a little cardio today (and died) for about 30 minutes
• tried out a few arm and tricep workouts
• did a little back and chest
nothing major but definitely a step!!
