I'm thankful for it and my trainer Amanda
because nothing has felt like dieting
all of the food I've made has been delicious real food
she assigns meals I wouldn't necessarily think of in a million years
none of it tastes like 'diet food'
I know exactly what I'm eating for the week and buy just that and am not tempted by junk food in the house or have food spoiling because I didn't get around to eating it
I look forward to what I get to cook and eat the next day
and I'm like always satiated
like I'm sitting here now knowing that I need to eat a snack soon but dreading it the teeny tiniest bit just because I'm still so FULL from lunch
best decision I made yet and it's been less than two weeks
