If you only knew how much work I've had to do (still a work in progress) to OVERRIDE the negative narratives that I used to believe about myself....you'd maybe understand why FAILURE IS ALWAYS AN OPTION....cause I get to learn & make adjustments, but QUITTING ISN'T AN OPTION. The mindset is the engine behind any transformation and when we ATTEMPT to skip that part, we'll revert back to what's familiar & comfortable...positive to everyone else.....with a negative mindset within, excessive unhealthy eating habits, self sabotaging ourselves instead of what allows us to transform from the inside out. .
