I'm so proud of you of this young woman, she came to me over a year ago for help with help with her nutrition so she can gain muscle to compete. I resisted because of how crazy I know #contestprep can be, but she wouldn't take no! She is one of my most consistent clients and #fitsiSTARS and it's been amazing seeing her go from 118 to 142 and back down below where she started....with muscle this time!
