Be careful of water soluble vits (A,C etc) cause anything your body doesn't need, you'll just pee out & people are rarely deficient. Same with Vit D, it's made under your skin from the sun, you only need 15 minutes a day to get enough. Expensive pee.

I might ask my doctor for a blood test. Vit A/C are essential for good thyroid function and i'm taking so much medication for my thyroid that maybe these will help me! Or maybe I will buy the vitamins indiviudally. Not sure yet! Thanks!

The Book Thief is my favourite book ever. And the movie is almost as good as the book. So close and cleverly done. I re-read it the other day and cried for the last like.. 30 pages.. whilst I was on the train home one day. It's a brilliant book thought.

I only watched the movie! And now you're saying that the book is even better, I must read it then!!
