I don't even know how to process all of the fitz feels that I have right now. I just love and care about him SO MUCH

and like, the way that he interacts with hallucination!Jemma has changed so dramatically to the point that he now recognises that she isn't real, but also understand that he is using her to say things that he needs to tell himself

and working with everyone to fix the plane, and finding good ways to work around the things that are difficult and that he can't do anymore and EVERYONE WAS HELPING HIM IT WAS SO GREAT

and its so clear how much he is hurting from the way others are treating him, but also just from the ways he sees himself as failing even if no one elses sees it that way, and I relate to that so much

and then when hallucination!Jemma say "you hate being alone" or whatever the direct quote is. its such a great moment of realisation for his character. because he's kind of prickly. and isn't really portrayed as social or having a lot of friends, they talk about that in seeds and stuff, but at the same time he is so optimistic and he just WANTS PEOPLE TO LIKE HIM even if he doesn't know how to do that. and you think about how he and simmons were attached at the hip so he never had to deal with it and now she's gone and it means he's going to grow, and I am so excited but oh my goodness it is going to HURT like HELL first
