what are your thoughts on the new album announcement??? Any theories?
OKAY SO personally what i think is going to happen , is .
clancy becomes , ( maybe not physically , but functionally ) , a bishop . he and nico are friends again !!!!!! i’m pretty sure that tyler once described the bishops ( my nine girlfriends ) as “ men corrupted by vialism “ , and i think , as evidenced by the most recent letter , that’s exactly what happened to clancy !!
i think the Actual end of everything is going to be similar to donnie darko , if that makes sense ? i believe clancy was born to be the person who breaks the cycle , and torchbearer was destined to be the person who guides clancy to that point . i think clancy was lured away from his path , however , and kinda just . fell into the cycle instead … and i think , because of his failure , the world of trench will “ end “ and everything will reset ; leading right back to the beginning , vessel . we’ll win but not everyone’ll get out - clancy and nico are victorious , yes , but everything will cease to exist because they should Not have been victorious .
thiscould be soo so so wrong tho because like … i’m pulling a LOT from outside sources , and while it’d make sense for it to be reflected in canon , i’m unsure if that’ll actually be the case …?
about the music itself . ithink the album will be a 10/10 no skips critically acclaimed first ever 5.1 on rym and 400 grammy winner
