Charlotte(War) is the top one

Mellona(Pestilence) is on the left

Day(Famine) on the right

Hadeon(Death) is the bottom one

and then the eyes are the foresaken god that i STILL don't have a name for

I'm pretty comfy with both Day's and Mellona's designs but I'm still trying to figure Charlotte and Hadeon out... And the funniest part is that these are their god assigned fursonas at best and won't even show up NEARLY as much as their human designs which I still have no fuckin clue how to go about designing....

Each of the main character of Five Horse are based off and inspired by various songs I listen to. Lots of my inspiration comes from music.

Mellona was heavily inspired by Kiss Me, both Jerry Terry's version and the original. The og Kiss Me greatly inspired her hopeless romantic and bubbly personality before she was murdered and became Pestilence.

Icicles by The Scary Jokes gave me the idea to give Charlotte her past of domestic abuse and her ice powers when she became War after she was hanged for killing her husband when she finally snapped on him.

Side Show by Nick Lutsko and I Only Say I'm Sorry When I'm Wrong Now helped with figuring out Day's aka Famine's apathetic and wiseass personality.

Hey Kids by Molina was a BIIIIIG inspiration for the fallen god aethsticwise. I liked to imagine many colrful eyes flashing across the screen to the tune of the beginning of the song.

I don't really have any songs for Hadeon atm... I'll find some eventually though.

Hadeon, Horseman of Death,'s ability is based off the ability of the reader(melting people by touching them with their bare hands) in a Heisenberg x reader I read back during my resident evil hyperfixation.

Mellona aka The Horseman of Pestilence was the first horseman I came up with.

She was actually a character that existed before I fully came up with Five Horse

She was originally named Flystrike and was a demon background character from Open Mind i'd daydream about. She was named Flystrike because the lady who owned the goat farm I'd help out at told me and the other farmhands about flystrike once (it's pretty gross. google at your own risk) and I came up with a character based off it.

Anyways eventually Flystrike became code named pestilence and eventually was named Mellona due to the irony of Mellona meaning "sweet like honey" as Mellona is the most sadistic and cruel of the horsemen.

Jerry Terry's cover of Kiss Me also gave inspiration to her character.
