Last week I had a go at making some bread, found a recipe that said Five Minute Bread, so I thought that sounded like me.
Turned out so good I’ve made some more! I like the five minute part which is all the prep it needs. No long kneading until your arms start to ache - you just mix it up, let it sit on the bench over night, give it a little slap around the next day, let it rise for an hour then whack it in the oven....brilliant!
