The Reacharounds
A couple of great things happened today. First off, a friend notified me that those Girl Scouts patches are iron-ons. Secondly, I found another way to keep funneling my items to eBay.
What is great about patches that I paid for to be sewn on that I can simply iron on myself? They don’t cost anything. I marched back to the seamstress and asked for my patches and money back; remember, I have no shame in these matters. That money was put toward good use. I bought bananas and two bottles of wine. Since my hooch was a fail, I had no choice but to purchase my fermented goodies, and being that we live in Ohio, it isn’t possible for me to grow bananas so bought those as well. Considering I “saved” the money, I am ok with that as a draw.
Still on hold at eBay. So, what does one who is as determined and resourceful as myself? Find the back door. And I did. Since eBay does not allow me to print anymore labels from home, I discovered that I can actually drop my things off to be shipped off to them at a Fedex store. Where they will box, label and ship to eBay valet, free of charge. We are back in business baby!
Pantry is fully providing for my dinner party tonight. Busting out all of my canned beans and making three different types of hummus. Breaking out all of my lovely artisan crackers. And cartons of soup, coming right up!
We will be also cheersing to Hallee for the wine that will be at tonight’s table.
Feb 9- With the money I got back, I excitedly also bought my large dark roast 7:01 coffee with two extra shots from Cup O’ Joe (that is five shots of espresso total for anyone who is counting). Happy day!
