in my defence I have none is great because it’s a peak behind the curtain to your creative process. Almost like a demo tape for a hit song. It was fun to notice the parts that were later used in other fics. My personal favorite is this quote: ‘“Kara,” she manages, a whisper, a prayer.” That is one my favorite moments in “a forgone conclusion” and it was cool to see its predecessor here! in all seriousness somehow you managed to find all of the things i crave in fics and put them together into one so like fucking PROPS to you. i loved it so much and i’m definitely saving it to my phone so i never forget about it (and so i can read it on long plane/car rides)! you’re one of my absolute favorite authors and this just further proved it!
