They would go out and Explore the hidden parts deep within and Sometimes even Cross forbidden Territory which got them into Trouble with the Merciful one quite often. As a young Elf He never really had anyone to guide him, only his mentor and You, he ways felt lonely due to being deemed an outcast bit with you, he Never really needed anybody else, As long as you were by his side.
When he was a few Hundred years old he had discovered Humanity's existence, upon doing so he had also found out about their Agony and suffering due to famine. And what's worse, the Elves did nothing. They all mocked the humans, ridiculing them for Being weak and not having a primal source.
Aaravos having a kindhearted soul, Pitied the humans and wished to aid them in their suffering but the other startouch elves Simply dismissed him, Saying the humans were not worth their time. Aaravos was still too young to help them himself So as Thousands of years passed he Constantly spent his time trying to figure out how he could help and you couldn't simply Let him do it alone so You Joined him.
Over the years Aaravos had Grown wiser, smarter and More sly, You both still messed around from time to time but he was More focused on humanity now so the both of you barely got anytime to spend together, Occasionally you'd Come with him to visit The human World and sometimes even taught them Magic. As the humans were advancing in their lives and Technology you and Aaravos Grew distant overtime. It saddened you, He was your closest companion and you loved him very deeply so when he proposed that he would lend the humans Dark magic, you warned hum that it would put his very being at risk, if the other elves and Dragons find out, he'd be Banished.
