I mean there are a lot of things I don't directly like in skam fr but this constant shitting on it coming from druck fans is so fkn annoying.
My biggest problem with druck is kiki or well the writing on her. IN EVERY FKN REMAKE the writing on vilde is an obv message from the writers as in to say you "that's the type of person you should not be" or "that's the type of things you should not say" and I've discussed this with many friends that by the way live or have lived in Germany and are not Germans (meaning we got to meet our own kikis in our lives with their dumb stereotypes and their fake activism) and we all have the feeling that druck writers don't even realise or think kiki as personality is just the worst. With druck it feels like writers think kiki is decent...
All racist comments kiki made (for example about Sam's or Amira's hair) is shit some German girls say in real life. It's the same type of Germans that are gonna defensive when they talk about ww2 (by saying it was in the past and they didn't do anything) and the same type of Germans that think are woke because they went to an Indian festival some day and posted it on Instagram.
Druck writers have not given kiki consequences. THIS IS FKN PROBLEMATIC. THIS IS SMTH I WILL NOT FORGIVE DRUCK FOR. This is smth druck writers could not give any less fuck to adress.
Honestly I prefer all other remakes that give a shit to adress this behaviour and actually act like it's problematic and not the shit druck pulls. I'll have the paint over the writing on kiki anytime and like kiki is one of the many problematic shit druck pulled. Kiki is just the one that annoys me or touches me the most bcs of the circumstances I've been raised and trust me each child of an immigrant in Germany had to deal with comments like Kiki's.
Seeing the posts of some druck fans I could even say some of them are even going under the the kiki type of personality.
So yeah Skam France has done mistakes too (don't get me started at Manon) but the difference is the writers are more in touch with showing what is a shitty behaviour and don't pass it as fake woke ppl are progressive lol
Also i am not saying every German is like Kiki bcs I met obv really great and actually progressive ppl that I adore.
I'm just mad at druck because instead of showing that kiki's behaviour is what hurts people they actually pass it as heroic by not giving her consequences. Like nope Druck. Nope.
