Flachau, Austria - 2018

Heavy race. Yet I learn something every year: eat propperly, not too much, run on your own pace, don't wear waterproof shoes because it works in both ways, so I ran 20km with some extra weights yesterday. Beside this I struggled with cramps in my legs the whole second round (10km), I already felt that my calves are not ok the last week, maybe because of the beachvolleyballgame, but I don't know. Nethertheless I managed to finish it 😃 and next time I will wear better shoes.
