She is no stranger to the bamboo grove. A wooden sword in hand, she carries on with her regular routine of training. It's not the same as it is with metal but she's managed to keep steady at this ever since she's arrived. After a while, she rests. Though she notices that it's oddly quieter than usual and the rabbits who come to greet her usually haven't been in sight. With that realization, the princess can't help but feel a bit worried about where they could be.

As she thinks to start looking for them, the sound of soft chirping can be heard that then turns into hissing. Curious, she stands, sword in hand, and quietly tiptoes as best as possible into the direction and through the bamboo stalks and what she finds, surprises and terrifies her at the same time. A man, making a meal out of them as they do their best as scurrying away to no avail. Kougyoku drops her sword, unnerved by the sight more than anything and realizes quickly that she's given herself away. Still, instead of running away, she can't help but shout, "The...the rabbits..."

♕ - ; it was rather clear a set of eyes had been following percival since arriving to the boardwalk. it was more of a leisurely stroll than anything else but his presence did stand out among others, clad in full armor and putting on a stance and air about him that other people found themselves getting out of his way on instinct, even some looking back at him. while he wasn’t a stranger to such thoughts, a certain gaze followed him for some time. he just waited until it became that much more apparent before speaking to his new ‘follower.’ 

“ i don’t suppose there’s something i can help you with is there? or perhaps we’re coincidentally walking to the same spot. “

If looks could kill then this guy could easily take home that prize. Well, more of his odd appearance... well it’s not as if he’s come across odd beings in his life (or afterlife). Though a human’s curiosity got the best of him, unable to look away from the horns over his head. Kind of reminds him of a small dragon he met here once.

Well it couldn’t hurt to ask.

“Are you some kind of half dragon, half demon, or cosplayer?”

     Typically after training in some secluded area, Charlotte would come here, to the Star Trail, in order to replenish the energy she had expended swinging her axe for hours on end. She was careful about doing so publicly lest anyone see just how much she could eat without interruption, and so usually she came during slower times of day, when fewer people browsed all of the delicious options. But despite how focused she was on the food, something else caught her attention: a person with unquestionably dragon-like features, similar and yet so different from those of her Lady Corrin. While Corrin transformed from human into dragon, this person had more of a mix of the features. It would be worth it, she thought, to engage in some sort of conversation. Even if nothing came of it, she was just too curious to pass up the opportunity.

     “Hm, what’s the matter? Haven’t found anything you’re interested in trying?” It was a line she used often on the Star Trail, though she’d never admit it. The choices were overwhelming, and such a fact made it easy for Charlotte to approach others with her sweet words, however often she feigned genuine interest in other people.

     “I understand. There are so many choices, I can’t imagine picking just one. That’s why I usually choose a few small things from various vendors. I can walk with you and help, if you’d like!~” ♥ @flagratum
