I just realized that The gods were in both Europe and America around the 1860s and the 1940s

Since the Civil war was a fight between the Demigod children of the Romans and the greeks

And WW2 was a fight between the children of Poseidon and Zeus vs Hades

this means that The Flame of the West was in both Europe and America at once meaning that theoretically the gods could have children in Europe as well and they have their own version of Camp Half Blood and New Rome
