flambae obviously cooks for prism and has her taste test new dishes while he's working on them, but he also loves presentation (bananas foster flambé is just a brown sugar banana split u set on fire, it's 90% presentation) so i bet every so often he pulls out all the stops to make a Michelin star dinner for her, so he can treat her and she can enjoy a fine dining experience without worrying about whether she's going to be racially profiled by the waitstaff and underserved at a restaurant.
