Random shipping headcanons for random pairings.
I must admit I've lacked motivation to draw lately, but my mind is buzzing with ideas here and there. This post might be long, so I apologize in advance. These are just random shipping headcanons for couples I've been obsessing over lately, and they dip into two fandoms.
Flameslinger X Hex (Skylanders)
Flameslinger is shy, but outgoing once he's comfortable. Hex is a bit intimidating and a recluse. The two got along surprisingly well for many years and ended up developing feelings for each other.
While Hex's trauma wasn't too much of a secret, Flame's was, and she was the first person to learn the details he never shared with others, namely the way his parents treated him and how he grew up thinking his eyes were scary and unnatural.
Speaking of his firey eyes, Hex loves gazing into them. They look like the flickering flames of a candle or a pretty sunset to her and they're quite calming.
Hex grew up rich and doesn't like it when Flame tries buying her a gift. She prefers something he made with his love and effort, like one of his cakes or books. They mean much more to her than store bought products.
Flameslinger loves to hear Hex sing. She's too shy to do it around others, but makes an exception for him.
When they fight, they both instantly regret it and becoming extremely apologetic and needy for cuddles after the shouting is over. They can never truly stay mad at each other, even if they irritate each other on occasion.
Hex sometimes lets Flameslinger play with her long blood red hair. She keeps it tucked up in her hood most of the time. Though sometimes Flameslinger let's her play with his hair too.
Since Hex and Flame are the same height, they take turns being big and little spoon.
Flameslinger loves chin scritches and his ears flick adorably when Hex scritches just right. She sometimes teases him by giving a surprise chin scritch in front of their friends and he gets flustered, cause he can't control his ear flicking.
Stealth elf and Sprocket (Skylanders)
Stealth elf is so easy to tease, and it frustrates her that Sprocket isn't. It makes payback so hard.
It took them both so long to make a move on each other, and everyone was frustrated to the point a party was thrown when it finally happened.
Sprocket likes to stay up late once she gets into a project. Stealth has to forcibly drag her to bed.
It's hard to do that though, because Sprocket is strong and sometimes carries Stealth elf everywhere around the house on off days.
Sprocket's diet has gotten much healthier now that her girlfriend is packing her lunches.
Stealth elf hides the coffee whenever Sprocket starts trying to drink too much.
Sprocket loves it when Stealth sits in her lap for cuddles.
Tsuyu Asui and my OC Tonbo (My Hero Academia)
Tsuyu made the first move, Tonbo was too shy.
Since he can fly, Tonbo isn't so bothered by his height and accepts his fate as little spoon.
The other members of 1-A were at first weired out by the Dragonfly kid showing romantic interests in someone with frog traits, but soon it got too cute to question.
M*neta is jealous that Tonbo is allowed to lay his head on Tsu's lap.
Both Tsuyu and Tonbo are bisexual and don't mind discussing about other crushes they've had before hooking up.
Tonbo has met Tsu's siblings and gets along with them well. He's a bit nervous to meet her dad though.
Tonbo and Tsu huddle together often when it gets cold, since Tonbo has a way to keep them extra warm with his quirk.
Their first kiss was an accidental French kiss. Both of them have a habit of eating small insects, and a butterfly they were both eyeing happened to pass between them as they were sitting in the park one day. Mina took pictures.
