Nálunk ez nem probléma (nem éghető a külső burkolat) viszont rendesen alávág egy adásvételi ügymenet atfutási idejének egy új certificate kiállítása (az összes lakásszövetkezet a kezén ül ha papírmunkát kéne csinálniuk, amellett h a service charge gheci sok,de hát minek mennek emberek tömbházba lakni ugye)
