Finally got around to a couple of quick concept drawings for my 1910s/steampunk AU fic (working title A Fool For You) - wherein Y/n purchases a home and is surprised by the fact that an animatronic butler comes with it!

These two doodles are representative of the first encounters you have with the animatronic's two main sides.

I'm still working out how I want to draw them, cause I want little supplemental drawings (and even audio!) to go along with the story. I'm still figuring out how I want to draw them for the most part, and I'm not too experienced with digital art, so my style will more than likely change here and there.

As for the story itself, Y/n (or possibly an OC- let me know which one would be more engaging!) is an up-and-coming astronomer who moves into a home/lab/observatory on the edge of town after the reclusive former owner dies. There's going to be lots of mysteries in it, so I don't want to give away too much, but I'd love to talk about what I can.

Finally, bonus Sun to play with like a doll:
