Evolution of spitfires design.

I retrace the the same poses because i really enjoy them and want to draw them better. It also shows my improvement!!

Spitfire

It's unusual for names to be changed. Especially before you earn your warrior name. However, this is what happened to spitfire. She was named flarekit by her mother and father, chickadeestripe and Flamethroat. After her mother died of greencough, flarekit and Flamethroat grew closer. The young she-kit would pick up on Flamethroat's sarcastic, fiesty attitude, and by the time she was made an apprentice, she was a big troublemaker. Flarepaw was always hostile to the other clans, accusing them of something. She is a great fighter too, one of the best in her clan. By the time she was meant to be made a warrior, Fallenstar, who was a new leader then, decided to give her a new name, spitfire, for her sharp tongue and attitude. Flamethroat was offended by this and objected to the new name. Spitfire, on the other hand, thought this name was cool. By the time of the war, she was almost a senior warrior and became a head trainer of battle training. She was also instructed to lead many battle patrols alongside the then houndpelt. She had expected to be made deputy after Fallenstar had died and was very offended when Vixenhope was named. Her father was also rather annoyed at this. Both spitfire and Flamethroat are always either getting along very well or bickering/arguing with each other. The two are very close. Spitfire had become mates with volechase and had Mahoganyrose and buckkick. The two loved each other dearly but agreed that they would split. Spitfire was just too focused on other things. The two never stopped loving one another though.

Fun fact: her name would have most likely been flareclaw or flarestrike to honor her fighting skills.

Cricketclaw adopts two of the kits involved in the Dappleflint debacle (I'm thinking Hootkit and Flarekit)

Crickeclaw specifically killed those who were abelist towards cats with deformities

But he also really loves kits

So he's angry when he hears the story at first

But then he sees Hootkit and Flarekit and feels sympathy - he knows they could have changed if given time

So he takes Hootkit and Flarekit in

Yes!!

Hoot and Flare are the ones who feel guilty about how they treated Parsley and causing his death, but don’t think they should have been killed for it.
