Will’s connection to fire/electricity literally has so much potential

I don’t know if anyone has talked about this before, I’m sorry if that’s the case but the thing is;

This is most of all me manifesting Will has powers, and in addition to that; could be the person in front of the explosion instead of Eleven, but I definitely can’t be sure of that. So everything I’m gonna say is obviously theoretical, so evidently, I’m not saying this is obviously Will, just why it could be. My main point in here is just that Will has powers, or at least I really believe he does.

I’m not sure whatever’s going on there is connected to Eleven’s powers, it’s insinuated this person standing here has caused this explosion, (it could be her tho, the explosion could even be from the crash of the car, so I’m not saying I’m 100% sure) so far we’ve seen Eleven move objects, send them flying across the room or pull them towards her/someone/something, open locks, from breaking people’s bodyparts to killing them; in other words, telekinesis.

We’ve seen her spy/watch and channel others in/through the void; so the telepathy spectrum. The only times her powers strongly connected to electricity is her power to channel people through, for instance, static radios. But when something she did caused a fire or an electricity apparatus to blow up, are times she was communicating with Will. In fact when it blows up you can see it looks like this isn’t something she was expecting. 

EDIT: I just remembered, when Eleven’s closing the gate the lights streghten the same way they do for Will, this makes it also possible for that person to be her, since we can’t know how far she can go nor where the explosion came from (a crash or just an instant random explosion), she also causes the lights to turn off whenever she’s thoroughly channeling someone.

This leads to my next point.

The ability to create and control fire is Pyrokinesis, the ability to generate and manipulate electricity is Electrokinesis.

From season 1, I daresay from the very first episode, Will is shown to be connected to electricity. It’s canon that it’s Will who called his mother from the upside down and fried the phone twice.

It’s canon that it’s Will who called his mother flickering the lights, turning on the radio and strengthening the lightbulb much more than is considered normal. And it’s canon that her mother somehow knew it was him. Like I said before, this happens with Eleven too when she’s closing the gate, which can also hint that Will has them too.

It’s canon that it’s Will who communicated with his mother through the lights literally, with the help of her mother painting the alphabet, he was turning each light, one by one, to spell words.

Like I said before, it’s canon that when Eleven channeled Will in the AV room was the only time the radio where she was transmitting it by with anyone, was set on fire.

I always thought it was odd how just a few minutes after they make Will sleep; the electricity of the entire lab breaks down. It couldn’t have been right when the demogorgons broke into the lab, it had to be after Will, in other words, was turned off. I could definitely be overthinking that but it’s just a thought I wanted to mention.

This isn’t connected to fire or electricity, (and probably everyone knows and I’ve seen a lot of people mention it at least once) it’s just another point to say there’s more to Will than what’s being said for now, but the point is he literally could still sense the mindflayer long after they got it out of him. There’s a connection that’s lasting there.

Also Will being the only one besides Terry that can actually communicate with Eleven when she finds him in the void. (It’s seen that everyone can hear her and perhaps sense her when she’s in the void, but for instance, Mike can hear her and talk back because of the static radio, Billy can sense her and interact with her because he’s flayed, but Will can just communicate with her without anything, that says something.)

So my point is they’ve been hinting for three seasons there’s something if not to say so much about this going on with Will.

I was honestly hoping since a while ago that they were gonna show a hint of Will's powers in the teaser, and one of my first thoughts when I saw the explosion scene was OMG THEY DID. But then I started to think wait what if it's not him- And all that thinking and thinking brought me to this.

I could be terribly wrong, in fact we could all be totally wrong, it could be neither of them and surprise. I'm not actively disagreeing with people that think it could be Eleven or someone else. This was mostly me talking about Will having powers, more than him being the person in front of the explosion.

That being said you can love, support and stan Will and Eleven at the same time, some of y'all act like it's incompatible.
