I think it’s very interesting that the previous two times we saw Shouto use FFHW, he first cooled the air and then added the fire to expand it. But this time he seems to fire off both sides at once. 

His hands are also closer to each other each time, in the current chapter they are really held together. It feels like we may be very close to a real ice-fire combination move where he can draw out his full power at once.
