Question.

I have arches that I can see when sitting but my doctor says ther are closer to flat when I'm standing. I got insoles for my shoes. Literally just got them today. Insoles said they were compatable with flat arches.

Here's my question: is it normal to feel like something is pushing against my aches while I break in my inmoles? They are comfortable in every other aspect.
