In "Glinda of Oz" the main conflict comes from two factions in Gillikin Country.
Here are the "Flatheads," a more primitive mountain folk under the rule of the Supreme Dictator known as Su-Dic.
The Flatheads are named for their appearance, they keep their brains in cans kept by their sides instead of their craniums.
Slide 2 depicts the Supreme Dictator Su-Dic and his wife Rora (cursed to be a Golden pig by Coo-ee-oh).
Slide 3 depicts two everyday citizens of the Flatheads. After the conflict was resolved, Glinda transferred their brains to their craniums (effectively turning them human and thereafter they were called the "Mountaineers").
