I thought about printing individual chapters but decided against it due to the fact I’d have to repeat that process five times and go through pre-orders which would need more time. That’s right, I said five times. This story has five acts and the script is almost finished, just drawing is hard and takes a long time.

Does the title "Brothers" refer to Shadow and Sonic? If yes, are they related in your comics?

"Brothers" can refer to a possible number of things, one of which being Sonic and Tails, who are this. It's not necessarily limited to just them, however.

That said, no, Sonic and Shadow are not literal brothers in any way, shape, or form.

Oh I super disagree that I'm better than every Sonic comic (as a huge fan of Archie Sonic), I'm just writing stuff with much more freedom than what would normally be allowed, since I'm my own boss.
