                ‘                       babe ...’    his voice was hardly more then a soft  w h i n e  as he cried out for his wife. the gigantic man was cuddle up in a thick blanket,  reddish & abrasive spots underneath his nose as a clear evidence of constantly blowing his nose, voice soar & head heavy from the cold hunting him for the second day now.

               tiny headcanon

I imagine emmett respects the fact that rosalie has never tasted human blood in her vampire life a lot. he even slightly envies her for that resistance. probably like he envies anyone in his family because he is the only really unstable one in their family. since even though it is jasper who is presented to bella as the dangerous one, as I mentioned in another headcanon post I actually believe that he has never had a ‘slip’. emmett however had several. several that go beyond the two singers he had killed.

&& that’s bothering him. while emmett is usually the carefree kind of person, this is actually very difficult for him to handle. due to different reason, first of all it is a burden for his whole family, they had to move several times for him & second of all it is a sign of weakness. it hurts his manliness, his EGO. 

& will I believe that rosalie and emmett actually live a very ‘modern’ relationship; by which I mean that rosalie is not YOUR scared, shy, little thing who needs emmett’s constant protection. he lets her fight her own battles, knows that she can easily defend herself yet would aways back her up when necessary. be there if she needs. they don’t have this classic, old fashioned role allocation in my opinion. 

HOWEVER, emmett still wants to be the ‘man’ in the relationship and those slip ups hurt that. it is very hard for him to confess his slips, to actually most people in the coven. carlisle because emmett admires him to death, esme because she reminds him of his mother and he hates disappointing her & rosalie well because he wants to be seen as the strong, invincible man by her. because confessing those slip ups means showing weakness. she has so ‘easily’ resisted the blood of her victims ( royce & his friends ) yet he is unable to do it. 

she is still the first person he would go to. he trust her a lot and while it hurts his ego, he would also always seek out her help.

     Margot is fairly pale most of the year, only taking to a tanning bed in the summer when her arms get dark and the rest of her body doesn’t. If and when there’s an important event to go to, she evens out her skin tone to avoid the embarrassing uneven tans one is likely to get while riding out in short sleeves. She tends to run hot, especially at night  in her own bed. Most of her skin is soft, but naturally tougher and scarred in the places she’s been cut, the hysterectomy scar on her abdomen being the most recent and the least healed. Her upper thighs are especially rough from Mason’s treatment years before. She tends not to blush    even if she did her makeup would do most of the job covering it    and there are a few spots reminiscent of freckles on her left arm a couple inches from the wrist with a few faint sunspots on her shoulders.

          i’ve been following kate on her rosalie blog since her very first url and she’s so amazing at what she does! she takes one of the many characters that was overlooked in twilight and really gives her a voice and i love that. the passion that she shares for rosalie is the same passion she has for all of her other muses and she’s such a great person. i recommend you follow! @flaxencurls
