I cast Flash and put a Solemn Simulacrum into play and don't pay the additional mana required to keep solemn. Could you please describe the order of the triggers? Thank you

By the time Flash finishes resolving both of Solemn Simulacrum’s triggers are waiting to go on the stack. You control both of those triggers so you can choose in which order you want to stack them.

Hey almighty magoc judge! Could you quickly explain how multiple triggers of cascade work? E.g. Maelstrom Wanderer :-)

Once Maelstrom Wander is cast, you’ll have two cascade triggers on the stack. When the first trigger starts to resolve, you’ll reveal cards until you a nonland card with a lower mana cost, which you can chose to cast. If you do, that spell goes on the stack above the other Cascade trigger Maelstrom Wanderer and resolves before they do.

So the stack goes through these steps:

My opponent controls a phalanx leader and a hardened scales. They cast dromoka's Command putting a counter on the leader and fighting my 4/2 Shaman of the Great Hunt with the phalanx leader. Could you explain what happens? Thanks in advance.

Dromoka’s Command will trigger Phalanx Leader’s Heroic ability. It only triggers once even though it’s being targeted multiple times by the same spell. When the trigger resolves Hardened Scales modifies the result and puts an extra counter on each creature you control that’s getting a counter, which means they all get two +1/+1 counters.When Dromoka’s Command resolves, it’ll put two more +1/+1 counters on the Leader before it fights.

Okay so with temur we got some elementals with morph (Thousand Winds?) can I morph from the graveyard with a card like Horde of Notions? Also can I Evoke in a similar way from the graveyard. Thanks :)

No.

Both Evoke and Morph are alternate costs, but you're already paying an alternate cost by using Horde of Notions' abiltiy to cast them from the graveyard. You can only pay one alternate cost when casting a spell, so you're stuck with just playing them for free, face up, unevoked.

Premonition sounds awesome. Would this trigger on additional cards drawn in a turn/out of draw step? I think more of these simple triggers would be awesome. Constellation and Heroic are proof that wizards are doing it more maybe?

Yep, it would trigger on any card draw that an opponent makes, not just the one from the draw step. I'm playing around the idea more of forcing your opponent to draw cards for your benefit.

The only reason I'm hesitant to call it Premonition is because I'm not sure that feels black enough. I want to get across the feeling that you're invading your opponent's and using that information for your own gain. Premonition sounds a little too close to Scry.
