My favorite author was Eoin Colfer. I chewed through all the available Artemis Fowl books and then moved on to his other works. In this case, Half Moon Investigations. This is the titular boy detective, Fletcher Moon (Colfer is a man of consistency if nothing else).

I think that all 12 of us who've read half moon investigations need to make a discord server or something where we can all gush about how much of a 'sassy pumpkin' fletcher was or how april's little french man-hating cult of 10-year-olds was essentially tumblr, or how yeah everyone goes nuts about nick wilde but red sharkey=same person slightly different font. anyone else up for it???
