i drive to the beach and watch the waves. the ocean is so calming for me

the closest ocean is about a 14 hours long drive away... so I have to stick to long countryside drives

you sound like you're in such a good spot, dear. you sound really solid. two months is both a lifetime and no time at all. what's he nervous about? ruining your good streak? you seem to both really care about each other , you'll sort it out :)

I think he's just nervous in general. Like, that something will happen and it'll stop. I know we're both crazy for each other, and  I think he's worried something will happen and he'll lose me. Like I'll give up waiting or something. But that's really really not going to happen. He knows it's irrational, but I definitely understand where he's coming from, you know? I think we'll be fine. You're definitely right with it being forever and no time at all. I think it's just especially hard on him with me being so far away. The long distance affects him more than it does me, I think.

i think that’s so awesome. i think it’s awful when it’s suffocating and you feel like it’s your “womanly duty” to settle down and keep a house warm. but it’s SO EXCITING you’ve found someone who you want longevity with. i’m excited for you :)

ahhh thank you so much, this is so sweet. and i totally agree. like, i was always skeeved out by the idea of marriage because it kind of came from women being property and the idea of promising myself to one person forever never made sense, and i'm not saying i know i'll love nicky forever and ever because things change all the time but you are so right about wanting longevity with him. blah. i can't believe he's real sometimes.

i honestly believe there is someone for everyone, but people will only find the person (or people) right for them if they allow themselves to be a whole person on their own. idk. rant but yeah. Thank you again, you're so sweet.

i never read wips unless the plot is something im really interested in but i started this LOOOOONG before i got serious likes/dislikes about fanfiction lmao so i'm sorta obligated to keep up with it as it is posted. now i just get excited at the fact that when it finishes i can read it all over again and experience it all at once. its just my favorite i love it so much (i really believe it will finish, i know ppl dont have hope but if someone's gonna dedicate 2 years to a fic and it still be /this/ good, i really believe it will-- plus would it be this good if she rushed it? probably not i'd expect)
