"To flex your/its muscles" is to act in a way that shows power or strength. Transcript: So what...Putin is on today on the way back off slightly but kept the muscles flexing on the table.
Examples:
Europeans should not let Russian President to flex muscles during this crisis using oil and gas resources.
‘To flex muscles’ means to threaten but now we have different scenario – full-scale aggression.
Ukraine leadership would be glad to flex the muscles but it simply has not any means or ambition for it.
Hamas is flexing muscles on Gaza border but its military potential is bows and arrows against the lightning compared to IDF.

I went to the NY Chocolate show. This event was SO CRAZY! Just overwhelming with people and vendors of chocolate! I'm not a big chocolate eater, but every sample of chocolate that was offered - all we're very good. Me and my friends couldn't resist to buy a warm chocolate chip cookie from Jacques Torres - I mean, how you could you not?
There was also book signings and demonstrations from many chefs from the pastry world. We even got our books signed from Johnny Iuzzini (from Jean Georges and head judge of Top Chef Just Desserts) and Christina Tosi (from Momofuku Milk Bar). We also saw demonstrations done by Zac Young (Flex Muscles) and Johnny Iuzzini, we even get to taste what they made!
Hey, I even met the man himself, Johnny Iuzzini! I'm not gonna lie, my school girl crush was just on overload when I approached him. I even got a little high five and the most elaborate signing - the man has the best handwriting ever!
I left with a stomach full of chocolate, a bag full of goodies, and the biggest smile on my face! Along, with an excitement to start a new journey in the pastry world! I have a feeling things are going to get interesting......I'll elaborate more on another day.
