Countless wipes running through flex 3 and 4 and not a single loot drop even with bonus rolls. Been at both of those raids for HOURS. Rage everywhere.

There was a female blood elf paladin that raged quit flex raid because few players kept referring her as 'he' 'him' 'dude'
Invited to tag along with a Flex raid with my old guild from my previous server...
Ofcourse Blizzard completely screws up their servers tonight

OQ Minimum iLevel
So, why put your minimum iLevel requirements for a raid if you're just going to reject me flat out? Seriously, my iLevel's 530, the requirements are 520, insta rejected.
How about put your iLevel requirements to 550 if you're going to be a dingus?
OQ Flex in a nutshell
-Oh, adds during the Nazgrim fight? I'm going to put all my DPS on Nazgrim, even during Defensive mode.
-Oh, you can't CC the assassin and you're kiting it for fucking ever and get backed into a corner? Your problem for being sucky at kiting! Yeah!
-Oh, a healer went afk during a fight? Alright fuck this, how about half the raid leaves!
-Oh, we wipe once? FUCK THIS, all tanks leave and let's spend a half fucking hour trying to find replacements rather than sticking around and probably actually beating the damn boss before we even find new ones!
-Oh, huehue, you're not doing that much DPS. OH I DON'T KNOW, MAYBE BECAUSE I'M FOCUSING ON THE ADDS YOU SHOULD BE EQUALLY FOCUSING ON YA DINGUS.

Nothing like letting your nerves get the best of you and performing HORRIBLY in your first flex raid. :/
idk i feel people treat flex more like lfr and less like an actual raid and i don't think that's very healthy??
like the whole point of the feature is to a) acquaint players with real raiding and b) provide an easier social experience
and from what i've seen of flex groups people seen pretty ignorant of this
