I didn't want to share this photo. For some reason I have some stigma about "showing off" my body and it makes me feel very shallow. : So I was trying to think of a witty caption to justify posting this, like that would somehow make it more "acceptable" and less vain. : But I think that's kinda stupid. : Why do I feel that stigma? I'm not sure, it's worth some reflection, because it seems very self-limiting and ridiculous. : This photo makes me proud, because I know all the hard work and personal sacrifices I've put in, and the obstacles I've overcome, to feel good about my body, how I look, and how I feel. : So I'm going to share this photo, because I look damn fine and I'm proud of it. : Do you have something that brings you joy, but you don't do because of some self-imposed social stigma? Let me challenge you to reflect and evaluate, then break free from your own shackles and pursue what brings you joy - your future self will thank you. . . . #flex #flexing #flexibilidad #flexininmycomplexion #flexingforthegram #straightflexin #dadswholift #dadbods #dadbodsquad #breakingstigma #breakingstigmas #stigmafree #hardworkworks #healthymindset #healthymindhealthybody #healthymindandbody #healthymindbodysoul #musclebuilding #armmuscle #bicepsandtriceps #mindsetreset #mindsetmastery #menwholift #liftheavythings (at Rochester, New York) https://www.instagram.com/p/CLPj03lsdeN/?igshid=yyca6pakez8
