First Fridays - 9/5/14 Last night, my mom and I visited First Fridays, an event held downtown on the first Friday of every month. My sophomore art teacher, Kate Duffy, had a showing of her watercolor artworks. We walked to gallery after gallery, seeing what the local artists brought to the table. I must say, that was the coolest experience I have ever had. It showed a clear vision for my future, and what it will have in store. I collected many artwork-covered handouts, because I am a sucker for collecting those. Until October's first Friday …
