ive changed a few things from my original run! Flighthare is alive, though whether she’s okay will remain unanswered for now

OH BOY, HERE WE GO

Gillcreek and Bramblehare were secret spouses and deeply devoted to one another - Gill is a med cat so he had to keep it on the downlow, even after his daughter, Flighthare, was born.

Unfortunately Bramblehare was killed by dogs some time prior to the story, and Gillcreek - believing her death was a punishment for their transgressions - ended up panickedly confessing their entire relationship to the clan, to the utmost horror of Flighthare, who had never given much thought to the identity of her father.

Rotstar, the leader at the time, punished Gill by scarring and berating him in front of the clan. Flighthare fled the clan shortly after, fearing she’d also face Rot’s ire. This was around the time Rot started to go “bad”...

At the current time in the story, Gillcreek is still medicine cat alongside Sharpjaw and Tombreeze. He feels immensely guilty for the way he revealed the relationship, especially since it hurt the freshly-grieving Flighthare. He doesn’t know where Flighthare is and would give anything to know she’s okay.
