Cheap flipper special isn't selling, even after being reduced $12k to $88k. Here's why:

What is going on with this ceiling? It looks like the neon fixtures are plugged in. I've never seen them w/wires going every which way. I'm guessin' the industrial pipes are pot racks?

They painted the dated cabinets royal blue. And, here you can see the whole heating duct. The ceiling is so weird.

Counters look like a DIY job. Look at the pattern. And, why did they choose blood-smear red? It looks like the floor was painted, rather than replaced.

It's even in the bath, but they also added gray and orange.

Sloppily painted over the paneling in most of the rooms.

Yard's not bad. Looks like it comes with a trampoline, too.

Some flippers are so creative- it's a focal point now, and don't you love that you can look thru it? Put the kitchen table there, and you have a serving window. "Burger up! Please come to the window."

Those of you who saw a guillotine- I saw it, too!!!!!

A member of another group I belong to was looking for a starter home and the realtor took him to see this one in Houston, Texas. The cabinetry looked high end from a distance, but upon closer inspection he saw that they were outlined in Sharpie. (Can you imagine the smears when you go to clean it?)

Flipper couldn't put up a panel to cover the cabinets he eliminated to install the microwave. Maybe a little wine rack?
