Rindle Rose (Willow Creek) Redo!
I thought this dumpy little cottage had a lot of potential to be a charming little home. It has a pretty nice view of the channel and is wedged into a peaceful corner location.
The front porch was removed and a spacious side porch with entry was added on. This frees up some driveway space too, just in case the Sims actually ever need one. The windows, roof, and siding have all been updated, the main living area was opened up, and a basement containing 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a small flex space was added.

Now your Sims can sit on the porch or the campfire and watch the water! Ahh, so nice.
Kitchen and Living Area above. The new dining area was created by removing a wall for what was meant to be a bedroom in the original.
The original single bathroom was actually made a bit smaller and is now a half bath + laundry.
The upstairs bedroom will come unfurnished if you download. Here it’s decorated for its current occupants, Shepherd & Jade Copper.
A full bath is now in the basement.
Jade Copper is an aspiring writer and uses this area at the bottom of the stairs for her office.
The two downstairs bedrooms will come sparsely furnished, but this front bedroom here is the nursery for Shepherd & Jade’s baby daughter, Eleanor.
