shops for groceriesRuby! Because she is less likley to be on the run -unlike Penny(Just imagine a grocery incident)

kills the spidersPenny because Ruby would be afraid and not want to touch it, Penny doesn't understand why Ruby is scared because the spider is not dangerous or actually causing any threat.

comes home drunk at 3amI can't actually see either of them getting drunk? :S Maybe if I had to pick probably Ruby because I can't see Penny drinking that much? After a rad dorm party at Beacon she comes home to Penny and Penny is like: Why? 

makes breakfastPenny! She would get up quite early and bring it to Ruby, would would be quite bad at getting up in the morning

remembers to feed the fishRuby, she remembers to feed them because they are important to her- Not that Penny doesn't find them important but she has other things to do and that's one of Ruby's jobs.
