Ok I need to thank @fluffylulusan @yaoilover113 @dovelydraws For making me think of this picture! Ok you see I made a Specter and Cagney fan child to the left known as Floatz! And he is meeting @yaoilover113 ‘s Dice and Devil fan child known as Charlie! Since Floatz like to make dresses he gives them to Charlie to wear since Floatz can’t wear any of his creations or heck any clothing in general due to his ghostly state. @fluffylulusan gave me the idea for Floatz’s hair style when they drew Cagney with a ponytail! And I got into Specter and Cagney pairing after seeing @dovelydraws ‘s pictures of them!
