~~message~~ Team Runners Lane Fave Five Miler! *** Today we honored a life lost in our running community. You don't have to know a person intimately to feel the lost we felt today. It's okay to feel the empathy. It's very human to feel the sadness in the tragedy. We knew Amy Brinkrant for a running season and so, we honor that short time you ran with us. The important lesson today... life is not so trivial. Everything in time is forgivable. Life is too short to not give grace when we all wish grace for us individually. Forgive often. Love more for we don't know the cross each person bares. Today, we ran as a team even with heavy hearts but the togetherness was inspiring.
