Roberto's waiting for Vash near the stairs:

He steps on the butt of his cigarette asking, "Who are you so convinced is after you? Oh wait, I know this one, don't tell me. That'd be Hundred Spoons, huh?"

Vash freezes, then explodes into a laughing fit.

Roberto chuckles. "Had to pull one on you for the gag reel, kid."

S1 Ep 1

Opening scene of the series:

Vash greets the SEEDS passengers and then lets out a supersonic screech when the explosion goes off early, scaring the bajeezus out of him.

Nai is laughing in the background "Dude, you haven't screamed like that since we were, like, five!"

Rosa grills Vash about the rope:

"Then why are you tied up?"

Vash starts to fumble with the rope. "Ta...ta-d..." He grunts and shakes his shoulders.

"Taaaa...." He starts jumping up and down. "Ta-aa-daaaa!"

He steps on the rope, skids, and face plants before popping straight back up. "I'm fine! My nose is fine!"

Roberto chuckles, "What about your pride?"

Roberto, looking at the photo of Vash holding a baby Rollo:

Meryl loses it, doubling over out of the frame.

Vash, Roberto, and Nick's dialogue inside the grand worm:

Vash dismisses Roberto's warnings about Wolfwood with a sincere smile. "Nah, I think I gotta disagree with you there."

Roberto grunts, skeptical. "And what makes you so sure?"

Vash blinks slowly, a smirk spreading across his face as he turns towards Nick. "'Cause fuck me, look at those tids! Hey Nick, show us ya-"

Nick doubles over, cough-laughing and loosing his cigarette. He then proceeds to inflate his chest, faces Roberto and pulls open his shirt.

"BEHOLD!"

Camping scene, during Roberto and Vash's dialogue:

Roberto grins and grumbles, "You're seriously thanking the gun-slinging psycho for slinging the gun? With his slingy thingy and the gunny thingy slinging around? Good slinging luck there, kid."

Vash doubles over and slides off the tire.

"Cut! Bertie, you good? Need lines?" the crew asked.

"Nah, just flubbed em. Let's go again." He held a hand out to pull Vash off the ground, still giggling.

S1 Ep1

Roberto and Meryl are traversing the dunes after their car died:

The script has them walking past the hangmen in the foreground, but Roberto stops early.

Meryl runs into him, falls on her ass and grunts, "Rude!"

Roberto stays in character, announcing, "Dead ahead."

"Cut!"

Roberto helps Meryl up and she starts walking back for the next take when the director says, "Don't worry about it, we're keeping that."

S1 Ep 3

Vash is firing his 22 toward the dot cord representation of Nai's CG chain of knives, shouting, "Chance number two... Put the plant down!"

Nai slowly turns to his left side to look down at Vash, smirking. "You would shoot me?"

He doesn't give any sign of uneasiness as he sees Vash rummaging through his coat. He wonders for a split second if the missing bullets gag was being repeated but rolls with it and continues his line. "Your own big brot-"

He freezes when he sees what Vash is up to, and yells internally at his muscles to move, but Vash is already pointing a nerf gun at him and shoots him square in the forehead before he can do anything but blink.

The crew devolves into fits of laughter as Nai delivers a wry smile, the kind that promised payback was coming.
